Can't get app to work

Hey guys, I've posted this a couple of times and haven't gotten any help. Maybe I'll have better luck here. So, I've been using DP AR Pro to find the location where my satellite dish has a clear view of the satellites. I really like the system. I recently switched from an Android phone to an I-Phone, so I bought the I-Phone version of the app. It does not work and I cannot get any support. Anyone know where or how I can get some help with this app? I'd sure like to get it working.

It seems to work well on my iPhone 6.

Perhaps try deleting it, then downloading it once more?

This may be stale by now but on my iPhone 6 I had to go pretty deep into settings - privacy - location services - system services - compass calibration
and turn that on to get Sky Guide to work.
