Can't access EHD from Joey or another Hopper

I just had 2 Hoppers and 3 Joeys installed today. So far, I think I'm really going to like this setup. However, I can't see how to access the EHD that I have connected to the Hopper in my Living Room on the the Joeys or the Hopper in my HT room. I can push "DVR" and select the dvr recordings from the Living Room Hopper from the other Joeys/Hopper, but not the EHD. I can access the EHD from the Hopper that it is connected to. I did notice that the Hopper it is connected to has software L216 and the other has L221. Will that make a difference or is there a setting that I need to change? I asked the installer and he said that he had never seen one with an EHD attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to have the Joey linked to the Hopper that has the EHD hooked up (YELLOW - BLUE - 4 - Click the living room Hopper.)

At this time Hoppers can't see each others' EHDs and Joeys only see the EHD of the Hopper that they are currently linked to.
