C6tK-700 4K Genie Mini issues

I have a C6tK-700 Genie Mini and a HR54-200 Genie Gen 3. I get a sound and a sound an picture drop when watching only channel 104. Directv says they are aware of this problem and are working on a correction. They send emails that they are still working on a fix. Does anyone else have this issue and will a new Genie Mini possibly fix this? It's very annoying and make watching almost impossible. It's not all the time, but probably 5o% of the time.

Yes, it's a known issue, and no, a new mini won't fix it.
