Who is C-spire?!?

Used to be Cellular South, based in Mississippi. Time was, before they changed the name, they were the company to have in Mississippi. They got devices later (much later), but the plans were vastly cheaper, the reception was much better in the area (with roaming on Verizons network), and the customer service was top knotch.

That changed, as they tried to emulate the bigger companies, and it became a mess. They seem to be trying to get back to what people liked before, but many, like me, moved on.
