Unless you count goodell going after the Steelers any time they had a hit that may or may not have been clean. It was always illegal in goodell's mind, whether it was or not, he made BILLIONS off of fictitious fines from them in a course of 2-3 years.
The offensive line thing where they came out in bizzare formations ... He was suspended because he didn't cooperate and more likely than not knew about it. I don't see how you can objectively defend it.
