I don't think ANY of the non-Pats fan are angry. LOL! THAT is the ironic part.
I maybe wrong, but it won't go that far. I honestly think Kraft will say he is on his own and they may prevent him fro taking it that far.
Exactly, Goodell does not work for the players or the fans. The owners are his boss, and their collective mouthpiece.According to the other 31 owners.....yes.
There's a simple solution to all of this, check the balls at halftime and at the end of games this year. If they don't naturally deflate than something happened and punishment, if they do "deflate" the NFL says our bad and move on.
They could have the officials control all the game balls, much like MLB.There's an even simpler solution: Don't let the QBs customize the footballs to their liking in the first place. None of this would have happened if Brady and Manning hadn't pushed for it and the league's apparent hard-on with adding more scoring to the game.
What sport other than bowling ('bowling as a sport' is a topic for another thread), do the participants get to work the game balls to their liking??
Once upon a time they did, but guess who was one of the players that lobbied to change that. They could have the officials control all the game balls, much like MLB.

That cats out of the bag and not going back in, but no matter how the balls are handled prior to the game, the air pressure is going decrease or increase depending on the weather conditions.
That is indeed a very good column. Tell the truth really is the best alternative here. Just say what everyone else can see, the report is not anywhere near conclusive enough and at worst very flawed in assigning blame on the Patriots, and specifically Brady.
It's amazing to me how many "smart" people choose to ignore science and common sense and want their pound of flesh all because of the names associated with this. Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.
This maybe true, but maybe, just maybe..Mr. Brady has not been as cooperative as the investigators would like. Neither you, nor I, nor anyone else in here was in the interview they have conducted since the report came out. Because regardless of what the reports states, IF Brady messed with the footballs, the science don't mean jack squat.
That might be the best one on this issue to date.Sally Jenkins with another brilliant article.....

I'm not surprised, but your last sentence is backwards. He sat and was interviewed for 7 hours by Wells.
How would Brady mess with the football? In the huddle, right before he throws it, in pegame warm ups? Maybe he taped a paperclip to his non-throwing hand, yeah that's it.
Success has become a crime in the new American culture.

I honestly do not think he is being punished for success as you would suggest. Personally, I think because the perception on the Patriots is due to spygate, the offensive-line gate... "once a cheater, always a cheater". The Steelers and the 49ers are just as, if not more successful as the Pats. Using the logic you just presented, I don't remember the league going after them for their success.
