Bill didnt generate

Called in this morning demanding to speak to a supervisor. Since I still haven't received my bill yet told him I can log into my streaming app but as soon as I try and goto my sat acct I get booted out of it. I told him I can't access anything on the dtv app either after he asked. Told him the picture breaks up and pixelates and gets screwy at times. Told him hardware has been swapped out multiple times everyone's at a loss. Told him my discounts disappear off my acct and I have to call in and get them added back. He told me they have your acct so screwed up!!! I got a supervisor back from the old dtv and ussb days wich was a 😲. He even credited my bill for one month of the entire package,,

Was your account originally a DIRECTV account that was transferred to AT&T and then back to DIRECTV? Mine was and my account was so screwed up they couldn't fix it so they ended up creating a new account for me. Haven't had any issues with the account since they did that.

Mine was always an att account. From what I have been hearing there's alot of system glitches!!!! Funny att wireless is spectacular bills always on time and correct but dtv is a disaster

My account was fine until they moved it to AT&T and I started having issues there. Then when they transferred it back to DIRECTV it was even worse. Was yours recently moved to DIRECTV?

I'm still on the att system. Wich is a nightmare in itself!!! I hope they move me over to a dtv acct!!!!

I'm surprised they haven't moved your account to DIRECTV. Do you have any other AT&T services bundled on your account? If so that may be why you are still there.

Just wireless we was told that we're not bundled together. I beg them to move my acct over every month since att loves turning gold into lead!!! We also got our gemini last July they can't find the contract for that either. It might be time to run like he'll and run like my hairs on fire.

Are they both on the same AT&T account or separate accounts? I also have AT&T prepaid cell plans for my wife and myself but I keep them both on separate accounts. When my DIRECTV account was on AT&T it was the only service on that account. I am glad to be back on a DIRECTV account.

Finally figured out the problem. Att has both accounts linked together after about 3 hours on the phone with the supervisor that's working with me. All he could say is they f**ked everything up. They can't unlink my dtv acct or choose not to is my thought. We're going to do a transfer of service in my name again so there's no contract and everything stays the same. Utter BS. He offered us 7 months on them and a 400.00 pre paid visa if we stayed he knows I am furious.

I'll start by saying I hope I'm not a frigging dumb ass for taking them back as anyone dealing with dtv knows how the csrs are lol. After talking to a supervisor he told us that our service is so screwed up it's beyond his pay rate!!! They did fix our acct so we can log into it now they had to remove the streaming acct we had from 2017. That should have disappeared if you ask me. Then they asked us if it was OK if they changed our password we said sure. So we can log in now no issues. As far as the bill generating were gonna have to keep an eye out for that to they put us back to paper bills. Now as far as the TV acting all stupid. They rendered a fault of the Gemini they reverted us back to a 4k mini no contract for a 199.99 fee waived. We tried swapping out the boxes via tech support it took em 4 hours to do that and nothing was working. Being pissed lol I called the guy in the higher up he took care of it right away. So far it's working. They did send us the antenna adapter thingy. I best hold onto that like it's gold since there stingy with em!!! They sent us 10 backlit remotes got them in the mail this morning. They told us to they credited our acct for a year for all of our troubles along there sending us 600.00 in prepaid visas.they can't unlink or unbundle our acct from att ugh.
