Still hasn't generated yet this is weird. They said they would waive the late fees if any. I just paid it like normal since they said i could be double billedI won't know until the 9th.
Was your account originally a DIRECTV account that was transferred to AT&T and then back to DIRECTV? Mine was and my account was so screwed up they couldn't fix it so they ended up creating a new account for me. Haven't had any issues with the account since they did that.Called in this morning demanding to speak to a supervisor. Since I still haven't received my bill yet told him I can log into my streaming app but as soon as I try and goto my sat acct I get booted out of it. I told him I can't access anything on the dtv app either after he asked. Told him the picture breaks up and pixelates and gets screwy at times. Told him hardware has been swapped out multiple times everyone's at a loss. Told him my discounts disappear off my acct and I have to call in and get them added back. He told me they have your acct so screwed up!!! I got a supervisor back from the old dtv and ussb days wich was a . He even credited my bill for one month of the entire package,,
Mine was always an att account. From what I have been hearing there's alot of system glitches!!!! Just wireless we was told that we're not bundled together. I beg them to move my acct over every month since att loves turning gold into lead!!! We also got our gemini last July they can't find the contract for that either.
