Authorization on 211

My system has been fully installed, but now I'm waiting for my 211 to recieve programming, the 322 worked right out the box. The installer already made the call for authorizing, how long does it usually take?

Also, for phone lines, I'm to assume the 322 requires the phone line while the 211 doesn't need it?

Edit: Nevermind, right when I clicked Submit New Thread it turned on....

The 211 sucks like the 811. Mine does anyway.
