AT&T rumored to be dropping HTC First

Home is awful, but the handset itself is decent, and a good buy for someone wanting a nexus type experience for cheap.

Nexus type experience? Nexus phones are top of the line and get the latest Android releases first. How would the HTC First provide a similar experience?

I meant that it is also vanilla android (once you turn off home) the only other phone that I am aware of currently that offers that is a nexus phone.

Obviously the one won't get the same software upgrades as a true nexus, or at the same time. So I would guess anyway.

As to nexus being top of the line, when the last one dropped Lte support, I no longer find that to be true.
