Aspect ratio issue

Aspect Ratio Problem!!!

Anyone experience aspect ratio problems lately?
My HD channels are displaying as 4x3 "zoomed" over composite.
They always displayed in letterboxed form on my 4x3 tv. Nothing has changed on my setup. I'm getting a clipped image!
Over component it displays properly (16x9).
Sometimes "magically" the composite feed corrects and displays as it should be it's frustrating and I don't know what's going on.
Dish reps are no help. They ask me stupid questions akin to what's my hair color or what my favorite food and then blame that.

811 was working fine.. now it's goofy.
Can anyone lend any insight into this? Anyone??

Use the page down button to change your aspect ratio on composite back to letterbox

Thanks but that does NOT work. {pg up, pg down, asterisk...nothing}
It works over component but my theory is a problem w/ the composite out. It doesn't work there at all.

It's very frustrating.

Actually what Kevin told you should work...Use Page Dn only for SD (Composite or S-Video), Page Up is for HD (Compoment or DVI).
