Anyones EPG screwed up? local mapping

The last few days my EPG has Pittsburgh locals mapped in with my W.F.,TX locals. Of course this gets me a check switch error, since I'm thousands of miles from the spot beam. At least when this happened in the past, I was a sub. to the Denver distants, which was what was messed up when this happened the last time.
Maybe the brillant E* engineers will get this fixed someday.

Interesting. I recently have been having a similar problem with my 522. I loose my locals and some of the higher channels in my EPG. I even loose them while I am watching them and sometimes I won't loose them for a few days. I have to accomplish a front panel reset to get them back.

After I looked at the recent activity online, I figured out my problem. The E* website screwed me over. After adding some programming, the website decided to add a bunch of channels to my account. (some of which I'm not even eligible for)

It added Pittsburgh locals (which I'm not eligible for) thousands of miles from spotbeam.
It also added Dish HD (don't have a HD box)
Added a Dish rec. lease fee (only have one OWNED 625)
Added HBO to my account (didn't order)
Added a seperate 5.99 charge for W.F. Texas locals I'm eligible for (since the website added Pitt locals to my AT250 with locals.

I called last night around midnight to get this mess fixed. I will have to wait until Thurs. for my recent activity to update to see if they got it right. I hope they did. At least the Pitt. locals disappeared from my guide.

Maybe someone got into your account and order all this stuff? I would ask if this was ordered online or the phone and start checking my credit cards activity, but that's just me.

I think it was probably just a website screw up, since this all happened right after I added some programming with it.

Would have to be a website mess up, since Pittsburgh locals should not even show up for him. Unless he's "Moved", but then the Texas ones should not have been there.

No moving involved ever. All I did was add an adult channel on the website.
