I am just beginning to consider going back to satellite TV. I like the picture quality on D* as well as the new single (probably integrated) LNBs I am seeing in my neighborhood. The problem is that all of the promotions I receive in the mail or through AAA involve bundling satellite TV with internet and phone.
In my semi-rural area at&t has quit offering internet (dsl) or even landline phone due to the difficulty in maintaining the old lines. U-verse has never been available. Does this mean that if I went with D* it would be at full price? It seems as if they are handing the business to Spectrum as the only game in town.

go to the website
there are introductory deals.
they expire after a time
you can combine with an att cell service for a discount (think its $25)

but if you dont want to pay full price, dont get it.
never depend on discounts

Yes, at least I was able to check on the full price. Some companies make it almost impossible to view the fee after promotions. I was a bit confused as it appears that receiver fees, DVR fees and such are now included. It is actually kind of ridiculous when a provider wants us to buy their service and then pay extra for the box to receive it.
