The Indians were trailing the Rays 10-0 in the 4th, 10-2 after 7 and 10-4 after 8. The Tribe then proceeded to score 7 runs in the bottom of the 9th to win 11-10!
The Rays have now lost 14 straight in Cleveland!

Holy Moly ....
And to think the Sox can't beat the Rays
I know, they went 0-18 against them last year.

Game 1 is done with ....
Not to worried about what we wish for anyways, KC's on the schedule, like Paul said the Tigers are pitching well for the most part (Starters).
btw,
Game one goes to the Tigers 13-1 ....
Grenke is pitching lights out, but so are some of the Tiger Pitchers, have you looked at Verlander's numbers of late ... last week he was like .39 over his last 4 starts.
Today he gave up a run, his ERA will go UP
His ERA is 0.85 over his last 6 starts. Cy Young material.
I hope this comeback serves as good karma for my Cavs tonight! Comebacks are in the air I tell you!
Not to discount Verlander, but you have to look at the whole body of work, not just the most recent starts. With that said, Grienke is still the #1 candidate for the Cy Young Award.
That has to be one of the biggest comeback's in MLB history. Maybe your guys will use this as a springboard to get back in the race. Picking on the Tribe got boring already.
There are no candidates - It's only May!
2nd actually. The greatest comeback happened in August of 2001 against the Mariners. My Tribe came back from being down by 12 runs in the bottom of the 7th inning!
*PS, I watched that game live on ESPN Sunday Night Baseball the whole way through.

P.S.S. I'll even go ya one better...I remember that Joe Morgan was off that night (maybe at HOF induction) and Jon Miller was ragging on Joe missing the finest ESPN SNB game ever. He even took it into the following Sunday's game and kept telling Joe about what a game he missed. (Why in hell I remember that, I'll never know!!!) And in my mind's eye I see Eddie T scooping somebody up at home plate in celebration.
