I agree. He seemed like a nice guy that all the players liked so I hope he does well. It was getting to the point where he was getting louder boos in Comerica than A-Rod every time he came up to bat. It was just time for him to try his luck somewhere else where the crowd hasn't completely turned on him.

Dirks has been one of those surprises you get every few years, really like the guy, he's been trying to knock the Big Lewage door down for a few years, looks like he belongs now.

I like Dirks too...glad to see him coming along. As for Jackson, I am simply in awe of his fielding ability in CF - just a delight to watch. I'm just so glad that Jackson had cut his strikeout totals in half. Go Tigers!
