AL Central 2010

Perfect summary of this team, but really since Leyland has been at the helm. They need attitude. Heart has certainly been an issue with this team for some time now. Watch when they play the White sox next week..They just seem to cowar against them. No way this team is the Central champs though..

BTW we are blessed to have Avila and Raburn back in the line up today. thats at least 5 k's :):)
I don't know the official stats, but it seems to me that we leave a whole lot of runners on base and/or in scoring position. Offhand, I don't know what it is going to take to light a fire under this team. Anyway, I see we're down 2-0. :(

3-0 now, which goes back to what I said about drafting..Our kids dont hit, these young kids on Boston, all hit, and do what all Boston players do, they actually take walks..But hey their AAA team sucks, hahaha.

Verlander has walked 3 and thrown 70 pitches through 3. Just what the Bullpen needs today..Yep he's the ACE

Good game for the Twins, but they stay in 2nd, Sox win 4-1. Both pitchers had perfect games thru 4 1/2 innings. On the Detroit, 7 games down and will be under under .500 after the Sox leave.

Its too bad....Miggy had such a nice swing to bring them back, not sure why the local hosts want to tell us what the sox and twins are doing, it was over when matt joyce hit that grand slam against them a week or so ago, goal now should be to stay over 500

I guess the Twins lost tonight 4-2

couldnt see the game as they redid my roof and I was putting up the dish tonight ;)

Hellickson looked pretty good & I thought the Twins batters were a bit impatient. Pavano wasn't bad, but he did struggle a bit.

Terrible collision at home plate last night with Indians catcher, Carlos Santana taking the brunt of it. Had to be carted off the field with his leg in an air-cast.

Our #1 prospect may have had a career threatening injury. This is NOT good!

WEEI's Dennis and Callahan to be simulcast live on NESN

Don't look now, but Steve Lavin is making St. John's relevant again
