I tried this thread in the Technical forum, but no there was no love there....
Vip622 in dual mode. TV2 remote and the ability to change channels on TV2 intermittently does not work.
At first I thought it was dead batteries or maybe some sort of interference with the remote's signal because it appeared to only happen certain times of the day. But then my son figured out it only happens when TV1 is in use. We verified that last night. TV2 output works while TV1 is in use, you just can't use any remote functionality on TV2 until you turn off TV1.
This started happening last week. Before I make a service call is there anything I should look at?? I'm tempted to blame it on the L4.49 update, but I haven't seen other similar complaints here....
