622 loses signal 61.4 degrees

I have 622 installed and both tuners are connected through separator and RG6 run to DPP switch. 622 has a hard time keeping 61.4 locked. I get "Acquiring Satellite Signal" screen very often.

I had 211 in this location before and it was just perfect with the same DPP and cable run, except it was a single tuner connected.

I have power inserter going directly into the port 1 of the DPP switch.

When it locks satellite signal, strength is 80-90 going to 100.

Is there anything that might be intermittently blocking the signal from 61.5, such as trees? It sounds like either signal blockage by trees of an unstable LNB. If it's not the trees have the LNB checked.
