This is not OBOMA land yet..... You will get nothing for FREE here with Dish!! Maybe if you get the man to give Charlie Billions he will give you a few FREE channels....:)
 
New HD

Mine were in RED, but a quick call to DISH corrected that. They are all on and functioning well !!! I get to see qualifying from Darlington in HD !!!! I am one happy camper !!! :up :D :up
 
Dish CSR still don't know about the changes. I guess it is a good thing to be able to read uplinks on here. I explained it to the CSER and he didn't believe me. Oh well. Still waiting for Speed and FX HD to come up. Here is some info from the rep:

kyle krauser: I noticed channel 361, 373, and 374 are showing HD, but are in RED - I am guessing they launched today too, but are in platinum HD.....

Just chatted with a CSR and they told me they had no clue yet. When I told them about SATGUYS uplink report and forum information they said call back in one to two days:eek::eek::eek:

OK I have AA250 and Gold HD am I going to get anything?:confused:
 
I just checked offers on my dish network account and they had the try platinum free for 3 months no commitments etc and that seemed to work. Im glad they finally got logo, Its about time. Anyone know if logo actually has any HD programming on it?
 
On my next coffee break, I'll go downstairs and check but have some of you with the Classic + Turbo packages that aren't seeing them tried rebooting or a switch check to reload new EPG? Sometimes that helps.

You need to call tech support and select speak to a person. They should give you a rehit.
 
Someone with more knowledge than me, please correct me if I'm wrong. That being said, for everyone who has the new channels in red despite having Classic Silver or higher and is calling in and being told they aren't being offered yet, don't bother arguing about it. Just ask them to rehit your receiver with an authorization. That should work even though the CSRs haven't been advised of the launch.
