You come up with baseless comments like this every week. I guess you think one day you might get it right. ;)

how is it baseless?? Its really just a comment for discussion like any other. I mean I know you will defend LSU tooth and nail much like I do VT but come on do you really think not having two of the best players on the team will not hurt them at least a little but being on home turf looks to be helpful. I'm just thinking Auburn has nothing to lose and a lot to gain in this game so they will open up everything they have and most likely push a nail biter to the end.

To say something like "If this game was at Auburn I'd say it would look more likely they win.." is very presumptuous, don't you think? What do you base that on? LSU has had convincing wins at West Virginia, Mississippi State, and Tennessee (your question as to a possible upset knowing Tennessee's starting QB would be out did make me smile :)), and throttled Oregon on a neutral field. What has Auburn shown this season to assume they will pose a different threat at home?

Obviously I believe losing those players isn't a benefit to LSU, but it won't hurt them as much as you think (or hope). The holes the suspended players are leaving will be filled by very talented athletes, some who have started before. If Auburn wins, it will be for other reasons.

And for the record, I don't "defend LSU tooth and nail much like you do VT." You're like an overenthusiastic 14 year old fan with Hokie blinders on.

And Bama, not wanting to be left behind....

TideSports.com - Brent Calloway arrested
Freshman University of Alabama running back Brent Calloway was charged with marijuana possession early Friday morning after police saw him driving near Bryant-Denny Stadium without headlights.

What the hell is wrong with these kids. Your personal views on weed aside, they know they are toast if they do it and get caught. Why take the risk?

They must think SEC stands for "Smoking Enhances Capabilities" or something. ;)

Pot was rampant way back when I was in college. Apparently some things never change. The LSU players were smoking synthetic pot. What the hell is that?

I hate bye weeks. If a team is on a roll and healthy, it 9 times out of 10 does more harm than good.
