how is it baseless?? Its really just a comment for discussion like any other. I mean I know you will defend LSU tooth and nail much like I do VT but come on do you really think not having two of the best players on the team will not hurt them at least a little but being on home turf looks to be helpful. I'm just thinking Auburn has nothing to lose and a lot to gain in this game so they will open up everything they have and most likely push a nail biter to the end.

What has Auburn shown this season to assume they will pose a different threat at home?Obviously I believe losing those players isn't a benefit to LSU, but it won't hurt them as much as you think (or hope). The holes the suspended players are leaving will be filled by very talented athletes, some who have started before. If Auburn wins, it will be for other reasons.

I hate bye weeks. If a team is on a roll and healthy, it 9 times out of 10 does more harm than good.
