HUGE win for Tigers!!
With Detroit's win today, we're now guaranteed to have all four series playing Tuesday. It will be interesting to see how MLB will schedule it (they could hypothetically have a quadruplheader with AZ playing at home).
Max can be an overpower pitcher (he has the stuff), but he is also prone to having bad starts.
Anytime you no hit the Yankees for 5 or 6 innings YOU know hes done the job. With this lineup and with the Yankees at home, he has nothing to be ashamed of.

Verlander and CC tomorrow at Comerica park tomorrow will be intresting.
Now if I can find some idiot on stub hub to buy 2 of my Tiger Den seats for $500 each for tomorrows game
MLB has announced the times for Tuesday's games..............not quite a quadrupleheader, but still a longggg day of baseball.
2:07pm ET- Rangers at Rays- Game 4 (TBS)
5:07pm ET- Phillies at Cardinals- Game 3 (TBS)
8:37pm ET- Yankees at Tigers- Game 4 (TBS)
9:37pm ET- Brewers at Diamondbacks- Game 3 (TNT)
I just figured something out here. What if the Phillies/Cardinals game run long? They will put the Yankees game on TNT or will they? I say that because if the Phillies/Cards game runs long and the Yankee game starts on TNT what happens to the Diamondbacks game? Thats a clinching game. Its not impossible for that happening. If the Phillies goes extra innings, the Yankee game will be on TNT but then what about the Diamondbacks game?
