Sucks! I think he's done for the year...just hope he can come back healthy down-the-road.

That's what the "official" reports says, but given his year so far...I'd say he's pretty much done.
Have you noticed that JV has picked it up of late in the K's category ?

Well, technically they are .001 behind the Indians...but we'll get 'em tomorrow.

For anyone interested, that can get the FSN Detroit broadcast (possibly MLB Net, I would imagine) ...
The Tigers are RETIRING George Sparky Anderson's number today.
The proceeding will start at 12:45, just before the game at 1 pm.
The Tigers are asking that anyone going to the game to PLEASE be in your seats before then.
Fittingly, the D-Backs are in town with former Tigers Greats Kirk Gibson and Alan Trammel in the D-Backs dugout.

Glad to hear they'll be retiring Sparky's number this afternoon. Unfortunately, I don't get FSN Detroit and I don't see the game on the MLB Network. Anyway, it sure would be nice to get Gibson and Trammel in the Tigers dugout someday.
