2011-12 NFL Season

I think Kellen Moore will be a steal in the 2012 draft. People will try to hold his [lack of] size against him,& that may cause a lot of teams to pass on him. That's a shame. He's not as short as Doug Flutie,he's the same size as Michael Vick(listen to me talk,I'm only 5ft 9in. 6ft is tall to me).

I think Moore will be a very good NFL QB, particularly if he drops in the draft to a better team.

I remember the draft that Dan Marino was in. Of all of the surprises in that draft, the fact that he ended up being as good as he was was the biggest. I hope & think that Moore could achieve the same thing, especially, like you said,if he ends up on a better team. His size though might cause him to get beat up more.

He's no smaller than alot of other guys.

I hate it when they say a guy 6-1 3/4 cant make it, but a guy 6-2 can ....

BTW, this came from Tressel and the Colts, had nothing to do with the League.

It called a pre-emptive strike BEFORE the league said something. Don't give him that much credit....this had everything to do with the league. If Pryor and the Raiders would not have brought up the whole fairness thing, more than likely, they would have never done this.

Had Pryor not decided to fight it, Tressel may not have been suspended at all.
Unfortunately they are tied together.

Speaking of Haynesworth, the Patriots play at FedEx Field this December.

Safe to say he'll be out to make a statement that day!

I agree. It's a shame what Daniel Snyder has done to this once proud franchise!

True, but it's nothing compared to what William Clay Ford Sr. and Jr. have done to the Lions organization after taking ownership of the team in '63. Heck, it only took Moses 40 years to lead his people out of the desert. What's the problem? It looks like we're destined to wander the NFL's barren tundra 40-years per each W.C. Ford in charge. Still, the fans ensure hardship after hellacious hardship, disappointment after bitter disappointment, and failure after dismal failure. To quote Dr. Smith, "The pain...the pain...the pain Bill D. Robinson."

:help: stop the suffering.

For some reason Tiki Barber is in the newest Madden game.

Not too sure about that....

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said Tuesday that he would have suspended Jim Tressel if the Indianapolis Colts didn't make him sit out games to start the 2011 season.

The Colts announced Monday that they wouldn't use former Ohio State coach Jim Tressel as a replay consultant until the seventh game of the season. Tressel was pushed out at Ohio State after an investigation into improper benefits by his players, including quarterback Terrelle Pryor.

"I support that decision. I think that's a wise one," Goodell said Tuesday in an interview with ESPN Radio's "Mike and Mike in the Morning."

"I think it was clear that if they didn't take an appropriate action, I would have taken appropriate action," Goodell said.
