Cleveland has a very winnable schedule this year- 2 games with the Bengals (who are a potential dumpster fire), the NFC West (which had no teams with a winning record), and the AFC South (not as strong as it was a few years ago).

Young, talented team that play the NFC West seem to make a big leap in wins/losses- last year's Bucs and the '08 Dolphins,

Wow, good call Sabres...look at Cleveland's first six games...

Home against the Bengals
At the Colts
Home against the Dolphins
Home against the Titans
At the Raiders
Home against the Seahawks

The four Ravens and Steeler games are backloaded into the last five weeks of the schedule for Cleveland. Catching the Colts at the right time, there is an extremely good chance Cleveland can be 4-2 or 5-1 after six.

I like our schedule too, but we are VERY young, lack depth in quite a few areas and play in the toughest division in football. I still think we're a few years away from seriously competing, but I do like where the front office is heading with this team.

Which could create false sense of hope for Browns fans. I hope I don't get sucked into that vortex. Lol. That's one tough way to finish the season!!! Whoever created that schedule is nuts.

I'll bet he didn't know a damn thing about Taiwan, until he saw him in the same game we did!!

And the way the Broncos look, if they stay healthy, I'm upgrading my prediction to 7-8 wins this year!

He didn't mention Taiwan...it was mentioned by the writer of the article. Within the article was his one minute of all the teams in the AFC West seperate from Jim Trotter's prediction, but they both predicted the same results.

Peter King also predicted Carolina to be his "surprise team of 2010" and for them to go onto the playoffs. Meanwhile, ol' Peter was WAY off and the Panthers ended up with the #1 overall pick because they were the worst team in football last year...

Moral of the story: Take those predictions with a grain of salt!

I think last year he picked the steelers to win the superbowl, he was close.

Whats easy about the the AFC South ?
Doesn't the rest of the AFC North play the same teams ?

Colts may not have a healthy Manning, Titans have the Chris Johnson albatross, Texans trying to fix a shaky defense, Jaguars lacking WR threats.

Manning will be in there, Johnson will be in soon, probably before the 11th, opening day, Texans drafted to improve their D*, Jags, well there the Jags ....

Per Andrew Brandt: Terrelle Pryor scored a 7 on the Wonderlic test. Just for reference, JaMarcus Russell scored 24.

Steelers GM denies Terrelle Pryor report

By John Clayton

Oakland Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor had a higher Wonderlic score than the seven that was reported earlier Wednesday, according to Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert, who administered the tests.

According to Colbert, Pryor took two tests on back-to-back days in preparation for the supplemental draft.

League sources told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Wednesday that Pryor answered 48 out of 50 questions on his first test, but only seven of his answers were correct.

Seven is considered a very low score for all players, especially quarterbacks, on the test, which grades intelligence and speed of thought.

Colbert would not confirm the score of the first test. He said Pryor's score on his second test was significantly improved and NFL teams used that number in making their evaluations. Colbert declined to disclose Pryor's score on the second test.

"The report of a seven test score is erroneous," Colbert said. "I administered both tests and I can tell you that his score was significantly higher than that. I informed all teams and scouts interested in him about the score. In scouting, we always go with the higher Wonderlic score."

Though Wonderlic scores are considered private, Colbert said he got clearance from the NFL to reveal that Pryor's score was better than the reported seven.

It is not uncommon for players to take the test more than once.
