Well you claim he has god on his side don't you? Or was that a joke? Either way doesn't matter to me :)

Everyone talks about Tebow and god here, I thought we weren't suppose to talk about religion on this site.

When did Belichick say that?

The announcers were talking about how Belichick was complementing Tim Tebow. Tebow naturally wouldn't be a starter for the Patriots,he could be used for Wildcat & 3rd down short yardage situations(you would rather see Tebow go for the QB sneak first down than Brady,Gisele would be upset if Brady got hurt).

Salsa, sorry for the tough loss. I was rooting hard for the Raiders. I think the FG was the right call because even if Bey catches the ball in bounds, there wouldnt be enough time to set up for a FG.

Btw, what was Tebow doing towards the end of the game. He ran about 20 yds. backwards and got a sack. Why didnt he just throw it away?

Despite some of the improvement tebow has made I still gotta see more.its still not enough for me to make me change my mind.and no,getting to the superbowl isn't necessary at all .i just need to see more games from tebow showing improvement every week.

So the media that his throwing all the hype is stating that a coach was complementing him. Sure sounds like a solid source to me.

Coaches always say good things about the opposing players, it's what they do.

Jason Hanson in todays Lions victory became the 6th player in NFL history to score 2000 career points and is the first player to have 2000 points with the same team.

Thats because there is way more to a QB then passing %. Specially when you have one of the weakest receiving cores in the league and no TE's worth mentioning.

He is a great QB because no just his ability but his attitude. He is exactly what a team needs.

This does NOT mean he's a Great QB.

As far as I'm concerned, you don't play 8 games and be considered Great .

When he gets some time in the league and progresses and is much more comfortable in making plays and it consistant enough , then he may make the top 10 QB's in the league ...
Thats a good start, when he gets there, then he can start to climb from there.

Sure it does the QB is the leader. Hes proven he can be that. He's proven he can make good decisions. He's proven he can win in the clutch. He has also proven he can throw the ball. Get him some receivers and a tight end and see how much that % improves.

He has not proven he can throw the ball.

How has he done so far when his only option is to throw the ball ?

Let him do it for several years, then well see where he ranks in the current league of QB's.

He won't rank very high because he can't throw the ball very good, the love affair that the media and fans have for him is the reason he is playing.

I'll say one thing, he's Fun to watch !

See i don't think he is because you know he is going to run the ball 90% of the time if he doesn't hand it off to another runner. All they mainly do is run.

Yes, however, the problem with that is when you expect them to run and they throw the ball, guys are usually wide open, as they were in the 1st quarter today, by half time the Pats had made some adjustments and you saw the second half and the outcome.
