If you haven't listened to Ray Lewis' post game locker room speech, you'll want to check this out. WOW!

*EDIT: The NFL appears to have taken it down from YouTube. Boo! Did anyone get to watch it before they took it down? Hopefully NFL.com will repost it. One of the best motivational speeches ever! (And I hate the Rats!)

Here's a partial transcript:

There's no mistaking who the leader on that team is. You've GOT to hear it in his own words though. Ray Lewis COMMANDED that locker room post-game.

yeah i saw it right after it happened. he has a team mentality which is the right one to have. imo Lewis is the best player to come out of the U. he was always a leader.

He has had his major issues... but as a pure football player...he is one of THE top leaders to ever play the game...and one of the greatest LB ever to play the game.

Right you are! Who says we can't agree on anything! ;)

Gronk looks pretty good walking in his boot. He already has rock star status in these parts, but if he contributes to a win on Sunday he'll become the next Boston legend! :pray2:

Hey Bill, heard Gronk didnt practice today. I've heard a little bit that there trying to sell this as Boston vs. New York which I dont see. Giants rivalries are the Redskins, Cowboys, Eagles. Pats are the Jets, Dolphins and the Bills. Also, hearing that the Pats want revenge. I'll be honest a lot of people didnt like the Pats during there undefeated season but I didnt mind if they beat the Giants. A team to go undefeated would be great. How times would that happen in someones lifetime?

Hey Mets...looks like the Giants have answered the question of who has the best young receivers in the NFL! Jeesh!

Then again, if he plays hurt and comes up a step or two short, he could be the next Buckner.

Gronk will pay in the SB. He's tough as nails. Now will he be effective is another question. I hope he is. I want to see both teams give everything they got.

He's looked good walking on it, but then again that isn't the same as lining up against an NFL defense. Hopefuly he can be at least a threat, because trying to matchup with the Boston TE Party (Gronk and Hernandez) has been a defensive nightmare this season.

Super Bowl Fact: In 9 of the past 10 Super Bowl's, the team with the younger QB has won the game.

So there you go... Eli Manning and the New York Football Giants as your next Super Bowl Champions! And with another ring, we'll not only be discussing Eli's "eliteness", but him being a first ballot HOF'er!

What do you think of New England Patriots WR Tiquan Underwood's Super Bowl haircut?
