I WANT the Giants.

Ravens, redemption from 2009

Giants, redemption from 2007

I disagree, this has "be careful what you wish for" written all over it!

Once again the Giants stood in the way of Packers, redemption from 1996.

Sorry, wrong example. How many offensive coordinators has Smith..including this year. 7... Horseface will be looking for a QB this season.

The league will as has caught up to how to play Teabow.

Horseface or did you mean hawkface? That's new. But anyway, I am quite positive that Smith will be a keeper for at least another season until he proves otherwise. How can you get rid of a qb that brought this far in the playoffs? That will be irrational if not insane.

How is a QB that plays in the media capital of the world, has won a Super Bowl MVP and has unparallled pedigree at his position be UNDERRATED?

I dunno, but Eli is.

I dont know if hes underrated but commentators have been saying that if Eli wants to call himself an elite qb, he should? I couldnt agree more.

Correct. Giants just proved they can beat ANYONE....

So the Saints and the Packers are now out. Now the Giants just need to beat the 49ers and then I'll be satisfied. The Saints, 49ers, and Packers all defeated the Lions this year and now I just don't want any of those 3 teams to make the SB. So far it's 2 down and 1 to go.:)

Other than the Steelers game, he was stinking up the place in the last 3 games and the only reason they made the playoffs was because my Raiders did not take advantage of the swan dive and was just as inept in the final 3 games.

Possible Super matchups:

Patriots-49ers: 80's vs. 00's, defense vs. offense, Brady plays his hometown team

Patiots-Giants: rematch from SB 42

Ravens-49ers- Harbaugh brothers

Ravens-Giants- rematch from SB 35

Ah, ok. You know even though the Giants played very good today, the Packers played badly with 3 fumbles and 8 drops. The Packers dropped a lot of key passes and the Giants didnt and converted when they needed too.

Hart talked about redemption. The Giants want some redemption as well. Remember the '02 Wild Card game against the Giants in Candlestick where the Giants blew that big lead and got screwed at the end of the game?

I dunno, but Eli is.

He lives in the shadow of his brother and a team with a big blowhard for a head coach.

Truth is he's more clutch than Peyton and just flat better than Sanchez.

Yikes! Aaron Rodgers and company did the "Discount Double Choke"...too many dropped passes and fumbles. Congrats to the Giants for capitalized on the Packer turnovers and putting points on the board.

My Prediction - the 49ers will meet the Patriots in the SuperBowl.

I think he's underrated becuse he's never mentioned with the top three or four. I also think you could make the argument he's been more "clutch" than his big bro.

Winning big games ON THE ROAD is the signature of a clutch QB, IMO. Eli won three road games in the 2007 playoffs on his way to a title, and tonight he once again won at Lambeau. Brady won TWO AFCCG AT Pittsburgh and another at #1 seed San Diego. Last year, Rodgers won three road playoff games en route to a Super Bowl Championship.

Sorry, I was referring to Alex Smith, not Tebow. I do agree with you that Denver might be looking a new qb next season and for good reasons. As for the Raiders, look, I'm from the Bay Area and what happened to the Raiders is quite a shock to me and all Bay Area football fans, considering that all they need to do is win one lousy game. Mind boggling how they self destruct in the manner they did. The season looked so promising. I wish they would have given Jackson another chance.

Props to Bill for picking NYG to win at Lambeau.

As for Eli, I stopped dobuting him recently- I can attest to this, for he certainly brings the lumber in those must-win moments.

Bill made an excellent point on playoff QB's winning on the road as being a heavy indicator. So much so I've changed my signature.

Then again, in all sports, we have seen teams win when they had to on the road (see Bruins and Mavs clinching titles in enemy terrirory)

Finally, the fight I WANTED: Cotto vs. Mayweather!
