I do believe in that second-round adversity theory.

But here's something else to remember, which I mentioned earlier:

since the NBA went to a best-of-seven first round in 2003, no team that went on to win an NBA Title swept their round 1 opponent. (By contrast, when round 1 was a best of 5 from 1984-2002, 14 of the 18 champions swept their first round opponent.)

Somewhat surprised. On one hand, you have the veteran Spurs, playing at home. You wouldn't expect such a huge lead to be lost. But on the other hand, you have the very dangerous Suns who can put up numbers VERY quick.

What I want to know is this: Is this Suns team the best Suns squad Steve Nash has been a part of?

If he had no fouls, he wasn't "guarding" anybody.

That would partially explain yesterdays beat-down.

Has missed only 4 out of something like 26 or 27 shots. And ALOT were Hakeem Olajuwan type moves. IF he would EVER develope a jump shot, he could be one of the best centers EVER.
