hey got a question for the CCHA guys.....

How is the playoffs going ot work for the CCHA this year with an odd number of teams? Old rules were top 4 seeds got 1st round bye. Other 8 teams play and after that they reseed everyone. With an odd number of teams is the 11th place team out completelly and the 4th place doesnt get the bye anymore?

The WCHA they tweaked a little now with 12 teams
-everyone plays 2 out of 3 in playoffs
-6 winners go to "Final 5" ;) top 2 seeds get byes and there are now 2 games Thursday night. 3 plays 6 and 4 plays 5. Use to be 4 plays 5 and the winner played the 1 seed.

I'm a BC guy first, but it's hard to imagine that BU isn't one of the top 16 teams in the country.

More than likely only two HE teams get into the NCAA's, so hopefully the Terriers get in over UNH. That would help keep the National Championship in Boston for the fourth straight year!

The games I'm most looking forward to watching this weekend are the two Miami-Notre Dame games, Friday 7:30 PM on CBS College Sports and Saturday 5:00 PM on Fox Sports Detroit.

Should be awesome!

Maine-BU sounds good too, but unfortunately we won't get that game here.

Trying to score tickets to next Monday's Beanpot semifinals. I've been to Red Sox, Pats, Celtics and Bruins playoff games, as well as Yankees-Red Sox and Canadiens-Bruins regular season games. The Beanpot takes a back seat to none of those. The TD Garden just rocks on the first two Monday nights in February!!

If I'm not successful in getting tickets, you can bet I'll be tuned to NESN next Monday evening.

The schedule...........

Feb. 7- Semifinals
5:00pm ET- Harvard vs. Northeastern
8:00pm ET- Boston College vs. Boston University

Feb. 14
4:30pm ET- Consolation Game
7:30pm ET- Championship Game

Reason
again why repost what was already posted?

Because it is NOT what was already posted, it was MY OPINION of what I thought were the better games to watch. Are you seriously deleting my posts because you don't agree with MY OPINION?!?!?!?

Does Ramy know you simply eliminate posts you disagree with?
