2010-11 NCAA College Basketball

It's funny you said that because 'Cuse coach thought they were ranked too high considering how good and how tough the Big East is.

It's a combination of Syracuse being ranked way too high and the Big East being quite possibly the deepest conference in the nation. They talking of the possibility of the conference sending as many as 11 teams to the NCAAs.

It appears that the conference is even deeper than I thought it was. I was just expecting more out of the 'Cuse than I have seen so far this year, I guess. When you look at the "rebuilding year" teams in the BE, you have to wonder what next season will be like for them. :)

St. John's is PLASTERING Duke.

Sandra, I think it's time to seriously consider the NCAA Tournament for them.

Considering that 4 of their losses are against Top 25 teams, their record looks pretty good, much better than it sounds without knowing that.

Great win for St. John's yesterday. The game will mean NOTHING for the team long term...the current players are almost entirely seniors, and the chances of making the tournament this year are still small. The 'weak' ACC portion of their schedule is over, now the Storm has to return to Big East play!

What the game was important for, however, is the fans. First Garden sellout in eight years, and the place was ROCKING. When next year's highly touted recruiting class hits the floor the fans will be totally behind them.

Thank goodness for Lavin. It's good to be relevant again after a generation of doormancy.

I don't think so.

Rumors of the 'Cuse's demise were greatly exaggerated! A good, tough win in a very hard place to win. NEVER a dull moment in the Big East.... LOL!
The Big East is an absolute minefield!!

The BE Tourney is gonna be a lot of fun at MSG this year! :up

Another solid win for Utah State last night. Hope you guys stayed up late to hear the WINNING TEAM...LOSING TEAM...WINNING TEAM...LOSING TEAM chant. Unbelievable...gives me chills. There is NOTHING like it anywhere else in college basketball.

Winning streak is up to 16. Home winning streak is much higher than that.

Go Aggies!
