What's wrong with being confident? I'd have a problem if he DIDN'T think his team was going to win. He's was asked a direct question and he answered it. Simple.
The only thing I fear is that ESPN and company are going to run with this and turn it into something it's not.
The guarantee of wins is so over used it's almost stupid. Not to mention that the media will run with it.
....make you look extremely stupid most of the time....
I bet if one of the Magic players used it....you sure as hell would be complaining about being shown up.....
AND by the way...since we are talking about Mo Williams....
Johnson's flagrant foul rescinded
ORLANDO, Fla. -- The NBA has rescinded the flagrant foul against Orlando Magic guard Anthony Johnson for elbowing Cleveland's Mo Williams in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals.
Magic coach Stan Van Gundy said after the team's shootaround Tuesday he was glad the league took back the call.
Johnson drove the lane and extended his elbow in the second quarter of the Magic's victory Sunday. Williams was struck around the left eye and knocked to the floor.
Williams was called for a blocking foul, and Johnson was whistled for a flagrant foul. Williams' bleeding, puffy eye needed four stitches. He called the play a cheap shot.
The Magic lead the Cavaliers 2-1 in the best-of-seven series. Game 4 is Tuesday night.
