I'm showing it here in Oregon.

Using a Geosatpro 90cm, a GSL1u on a SG2100 and the Coolsat 6000 with the 0.06 firmware:

Tapping the "Move Fine" West 3 times in the Motor menu strengthens the Horizontal side.
Makes a significant difference quality-wise
12152 H and 11842 H go up from 69% to 72%
12177 V and 12115 V drop from 69% to 66%

It's a matter of 10% Quality on the Geosat meters!

11789 V 28125 - SQ: 69%
11836 V 20765 - SQ: 70%

here in MN they read the same. All nice and strong

If I bump it west or east the quality drops on all TP's across the baord

I thought it would be informative and interesting if I tested these same TPs using my SuperBuddy meter for comparison. This morning, my skies are overcast and there is light rain, therefore my signal quality readings are different. I have used my AZBox to dial into sat 97°W and then disconnected the AZBox and connected the SuperBuddy at the same end of the cable where the AZBox was plugged in. Here are the results from those tests:

11789 V 28125 - SQ: 89%
11836 V 20765 - SQ: 79%
11842 H 22000 - SQ: 84%

Thank you for your test results and taking the time to provide valuable assistance for qualifying this new transponder!

Dish: motorized GEOsat PRO 90cm / Pansat linear std LNBF

With the dish aim optimized for the new 11842 TP:
This morning I've noticed an improvement on most of the TP's signal quality but still have low levels on the 11867, 11966 & 12115. They have a stable video regardless of low quality signal status.

it sounds like the 11842 TP is messing up others.
I noticed today on the 30" if I peak on 11842 I lose 11867, 11966 & 12115 and 12177 is real low. If I peak on 11966 then 11842 is kinda low. I'm in Minnesota

Whewww! Iceberg, I was starting to think that something was wrong with my setup, thanks for the confirmation.

Do you experience this same issue with a 90cm or larger dish or is the problem amplified with a smaller reflector?

As you can see that Iceberg is getting almost the identicle results as my 90cm, I only have 90cm Ku dishes to test this Ku band with. I hope this helps.
Thanks for your concern :D

on the 90cm/GeosatPro setup I do not see the same issue as I get on the 30"/Coolsat 5000 setup

Right now the 30" is peaked for both now...When peaked either the 12115 batch or 11842 reads 72-73 and the other is 63 (just threshold) or nothing. Right now they all read about 69-70

I'll do some more testing later...right now recording something ;)

I just tested on my other 90cm fixed dish that has a different brand std linear Ku LNBF and it tests much better with more uniform signal qualities throughout the TP's, it may have something to do with the LNBF's so my next experiment will be swapping out the LNBF on the motor dish and test again.

Revised Test Results

I just swapped out the LNBF on my motorized 90cm dish and readjusted the east/west AZ and these are the test results that are much better here in the 93555 area code So Cal
