your current internet connection speed does not support instant play?

I am cat 5 connected and am not connected to a router. Even if I do the download now and go it always says pending. My download speed is 10mbps. I did a connection test and it cant detect the home network. If I use the same connection and hook up my xbox the connection works.

I did a red button rest twice and it worked. Not sure why, but oh well as long as the wife is happy.
