Wrong info in Directv's Access Magazine

Hay Guys I have a question according to the DirecTV Access magazine on the second to last page it says that the local channels for Colorado Springs and Pueblo are 13, 11, 5, 21, 2, 57, and 8. However, channel 2 is a Denver local channel. It has been reported this way for over 9 months. How can we get channel 2 or how do we report this to someone at DirecTV who cares? I used the feedback link on the DirecTV website and all I got was a canned response saying thank you for your feedback. I would like to get the channel as it is better than our local channel 57.

It sounds like you have done your part, reporting the wrong information. Does it really matter, though? You don't get 2 in Pueblo, even if it says you do.
