I got sick of waiting for SP2 to solve my issues ("green ribbon of death" mostly) so I've moved on to version 6.1.7048 a.k.a. "Windows 7". I'll probably regret it...

Yeah Windows 7 dont look to bad few more features that Vista does not have but about the same. I installed SP2 took around 30-40 minutes so far things to run fine so far no issues and things seem to run a little faster as well.

Green Ribbon sounds like more if a issue with the machine or something else besides Vista.

Anyway I took this SP2 RC off my pc due to it was thinking I had a Eval Copy of Vista. Had to re-input my key so I would wait for the final release which sounds like will be out by end of the month or in April. Everyone should be able to get in by running their Windows Updates once the final release gets out.
