For those that are interested, a number of sites have published the requirements for Windows 8 tablets.
There are many sites with the specifications, and not all of them are mentioning this... ARM based tablets must have a secure (read locked) bootloader. These will likely be bypassed sooner or later, but in the near term no "custom" Windows 8 builds will be making the rounds. I don't think that's too important in the grand scheme of things though either.
