Will CBS ever come to Traverse City/Cadillac Locals?

Does anyone have any inside information about Channel 9/10 from Cadillac being added to Dishnet? I don't understand why 9/10 think they are special or something and are not sold with the rest of the locals.

To me, the CBS affiliates are the most stubborn with allowing rebroadcast rights, waivers, etc. Maybe its because of having the NFC/NFL and most of the top 10 primetime shows. Who knows.
