Yes! CW (WTVX) flickers / drops out / freezes a lot. Happens on ABC (WPBF) as well but much less often.

what sjould i do i called dish it happens on my moms directtv as well i talked the engineer over at abs wpbf he said he didnt see a problem with the it dosent do it on my OTA Ant onlly SATELITTE Feeds

Use the ota signal instead.

Looks like the problem has been corrected, whatever it was. Haven't had any issues in the last week with either CW or ABC. Guessing it was an issue with the uplink signal @ dish.

Yes, I still have issues with the locals freezing up often. Anyone know if this will ever be resolved? I'm in north Dakota. Talked to dish yesterday and they said they didn't know when it would be fixed. For what I pay every month this is unexceptable! Bought ready to ditch dish.
