Who to call to find out if local Sirius terrestrial repeator down?

Yesterday afternoon, I lost all terrestrial signal for my JVC unit in my office. When I plugged the JVC into my car for the ride home, I had full satellite signal, but once again no terrestrial signal.

Is there someone at Sirius that I can call to find out the status of the repeators in Denver?

Call the main Sirius Number and ask to file a repeater reception report.

I do know though that they monitor the repeaters in NY so they probably already know its down and are working to get whatever parts they need to fix the problem.

So while they may know its always good to poke them in the gut and let them know your area is still down.

That's what I ended up doing. There had been 2 other calls this morning about the same thing, and the very nice lady gave me a month's credit on the bill for the inconveninece. Thought that was pretty cool.
