Which transponder/which spot beam?

How can I figure out which spot beam the Roanoke, VA locals are using?

I know Roanoke SD is on Transponder 31 on the 119/Directv 7s

Just trying to figure out how far the reach is for whichever spot beam
Old maps from 5 years ago indicate #14 but that must have changed right?
