Which channels are HD-LITE and 962?

I have heard a lot about HD-LITE and I personally agree that it’s not the best thing in the world. But to make my decision between cable and Sat permit I would like to know which channels are in the HD-LITE format? Also will that change when MPEG4 rolls out completely? Also on a different note, I saw some pics of CES for the Dish 962 receiver. Does anyone have any specs on this? Namely how does it differ then the 622?

All the Voom channels are HD-lite.

All the channels in the current HD pack(ESPN HD, HDNET Movies, HDNET, Discovery HD, TNT HD) are real HD.

The 622 *IS* the 962.
