on the dish network website it says its on channel 872 and i change it to that channel and it doesnt exist!

yeah i have dish latino. i see all the other dish latino channels except that one. it doesnt even show it on the guide.
I suggest you do a reset on your receiver. Press and hold the power button on the receiver itself until it resets. It can take up to 10 minutes.
