When will the new programming guide be available?

Can anyone tell me when Verizon is planning on rolling out their new interactive programming guide? Will we only need a new remote control, or do we have to replace the set top box as well. Any info would be appreciated.

I called FIOS customer service. The North Texas subs should get IMG in the next 30 to 60 days.

This was posted on the DSL Reports website a few weeks ago. Whether or not it's true is anybody's guess but some people have received the new IPG as indicated on the schedule - who knows?

I believe those dates have been pushed back about a week as Verizon has found some bugs in the initial rollout.

Lets hope so! Some of those initial reports were full of bugs in the software. I'm tired of beta testing for Verizon.
