The one here hasn't impressed us at all, we never even consider it for lunch. We had DQ tacos on the way home as there are none here. Breakfast was What-a-burger egg burger for me this morning, been a couple months. (none here either)

Afterwards vacuum seal the rest of the pork butt.

Bratwurst on the Weber. Its 100 degrees out here but I'm taking one for the team. Boston baked beans, potato salad and a Caesar salad. Cold beer and water for the guy outside.

Wings on the Weber with Honey Hot sauce, homemade slaw, pintos with some chopped green chile and a simple garden salad. Beer.

A few of the "Lads" from work and I went to an Irish pub after work. Being Wings Wednesday we got a massive pile of traditional Buffalo and Honey BBQ wings, onion rings and carrots and celery with ranch. There was beer involved. In fact, lots of it. One of the "Lads", Patrick doesn't drink so he got to be the designated driver. Cheers to Patrick 🍺🍻🍺🍻🍺

Breaded pork chops, cheddar broccoli rice, peas and corn. Hazy Double India Pale Ale for the chef.

Mushroom Swiss Burgers on the Weber. Baked garlic Parmesan wedges and a side salad. Seasonal IPA from a local brewer.

Home made pizza, everything from scratch. I don't usually make pizza in the summer because it heats up the house. But I had a craving so I went for it. Dough prepared 2 days ago and "ripened" in the refrigerator. Sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, granulated garlic, EVOO, a pinch of sugar and sea salt. Caesar salad. A glass of red wine for the cook. 🍷🍕🥗

Grilled some chicken breast and made some amazing chicken taco's. Mexican lager.

More of a snack but, a small leftover elk back strap and a Dos XX and Lays potato chips...

I made some wings on the Weber with Honey Hot BBQ Sauce. The Wife made elbow macaroni salad, carrots and celery with ranch. It was kind of like going to a happy hour but at a fraction of the price. Beer. 🍺

Hot dog, Hatch green chile strips and cheddar cheese rolled in a grilled tortilla X2 with baked beans. Local craft IPA. Perfect for the end of a busy Monday at work. Now, lets see if the comet is visible.
