What's for dinner ?

Had the Chicken with mashed potatoes, cream gravy, corn & green beans...
also cubed 3 Breasts, sliced & diced a Bell Pepper and threw 3 slices of yellow Onion diced and wrapped in foil with the Bell Pepper/Onions on top & bottom with 3 teaspoons of minced Garlic & rub... Good!
 
Last nights cook. Pic heavy

Picked up a Tri Tip, some baby reds, a shallot, shitake mushrooms, and a radichio. Trimmed the majority of the fat cap off. Left some on for flavor. Seasoned with salt and CBP. Got the Performer fired up and potatoes on the stove to par boil to prep for Crashed Taters. Tri Tip on. Will cook at 350 for 45 minutes. Using a few small chunks of Red Oak for smoke. Then I sauted the shallot and shitakes to go on top of the Crashed Taters. Crashed the spuds, then painted on some EVOO, and seasoned with S & P. Into the oven at 450 for 25 minutes. Reverse seared the Tri Tip, and then into a foil tent to rest up a bit. Added the Shallot and shroom mix to the taters as well as some cheese. Sprinkled a bit of smoked Paprika to the top, then back in the oven for 5 more minutes. Halved the radichio. Seasoned with EVOO and S & P. On the grill for about 5 minutes. One of the best meals I have thrown together in a while. Washed it all down with a Cask Cabernet from one of Francis Ford Coppala's vinyards.
