What the color on the signal mind

don't know were to place these so if I'm wrong just move it thanks i got a CNX Trio I get some satellite wit full signal but the S=Grey and the Q=Orange wen i scan i cant get anything and some I get S=Blue and Q=Green anyways what the orange and gray mind noting

i know on my coolsat 5000 when scanning it might lock in red at a high signal % and continue scanning. usually i attribute this to a close lock and probably wrong signal rate or wrong polarity. the receiver usually finds the correct one. if your unit displays a freq when scanning check after its finished and see if a freq got locked and saved at the one displayed.

i know data tp won't scan in ( reject ) but you can usually manually scan them and lock

on the Coolsats green means locked and red means nothing

as for the higher red numbers, for the life of me I dont know what it could be "sniffing" when it shoots that high on the Quality meter but doesnt find anything

Ok just wounder if I was doing anything wrong, some people tell me the is a deta TP or a TP from the satellite next to it.
