Not sure I follow the whole cross-talk theory anyway. The Label changes from Transponder to Spotbeam, and the status changes to "Locked - Echostar 61.5 West." Seems pretty straight forward to me, but I am no expert.

Sounds like a spot to me!
Post a picture if you can.
Placed a piece of foil over the lnb on the 110/119 satellites. Made sure I had no signals..............Went back to 61.5, tp 3, it locked on echostar 61.5, transponder changed to spotbeam , 92 signal strength. I have NEVER had a signal on tp 3, 61.5 until last week. My 2 dishes are 100 ft apart and if there are any switches they are inside the dish for the 110/119 satellites. On the uplinks last week, the Raleigh channels were moved to 61.5, transponder 3, spotbeam 5, n/a of course, but that is the future for them it appears. That is all the evidence I can supply.Just to be sure, if you can, do P Smith a favor and hang a piece of foil on the face of the 110/119 LNB and check your signals on 61.5. That way you'll know for sure the spotbeam is coming from 61.5.
I have noticed that the NBA and NHL channels in sd are MPEG4. Can anyone comment on these?? How is the pq??
How can you tell that they are MPEG4?
The List. Not sure if they are tagged for MPEG4 receivers or if they are indeed MPEG4 sd.

You don't understand the crosstalk problem, but you could easy follow that advise to connect your receiver to 61.5W only.
So far you're alone.
The switch is also on the roof, so that would be as difficult. I just don't see how cross-talk could cause the specific circumstances I am observing. I certainly would not expect a solid 91 signal from cross-talk. I would expect at least some variability in strength, and probably not a high strength reading. That said, my experience with cross-talk is limited to telephony, so my expectations may be incorrect.

Anyway, we need real spectrogram from that location where one or more person found 61.5W tp3 signal using direct connection to single dish pointed to the sats (E3/E12).
Not that desperate since the claim already posted. Perhaps if you see changes in signal level or description.
Can we circle the area on US map where is the tp3 "SB" registered ?
