we generally reserve that for spammers, hackers, etc. This guy is an exception.

I want to see deletions with more brutal or wacky reasons like, "He's an ***hole" or "He said that Episode I was the best of the 6," or "Advertised the 'new line' of HD-DVD Players."

As i recall, I said I thought his posts were lies from the start and I was berated by some. You can't just listen to anyone who just wanders in here. There has to be some credibility to to what the author says.

True, some were not fooled, others were seriously pwn3d.

I while hoping it was true, was trying to keep the peace ...
Last thing we really need here is a He said She said complaint thread over this guy/gal.

You didn't miss much. The first thread just stated the date and that it was coming. The next two he stated that he heard it from higher ups and directv. When they squashed the bug each time the threads also went with him.
