Warranty Qestion

Quick question. I had my system upgraded just under 1 year ago to 2 HWS, and they moved my wall mounted dish to a pole mount (said it was code). I went through DISH to do this. I have been having signal loss. Would this still be under warranty?

With the protection plan it will be $0-$15 for a realign. Without the protection plan it's $95.

So it is not fully covered for the first year without the protection plan?

I think it's only covered for 60 days.

If your dish or LNB is defective it is probably covered under a 1 year warranty but dish alignment is not covered for a year.
