Thats what I thought since I had to pay twice once for my 211k and once for my 622.

Because when your over your lease limit, a 211k is about atleast $100 less to buy the a VIP 612, Plus you don't have to pay $6-12 per month for a Extra HD DVR depending on your package when turning you 211k into a DVR. I'll save $32 the first year in DVRs fee's this way and $72 there after per year.

same problem with more tv

i had same problem but in my case i have 5 tvs all hd and had 2 622. called dish am replacing ist 622 with 2 612sw this month and two next month. am paying 5.98 per dvr on
only two. 75.00 for one bogo one free spreading over two months will be getting all four for 150.00 installed. fifth tv we are using for gaming only. 612 is better if u have all hd tvs because 622 output usless in sd, in my house. if they ever combine all dvrs to see each other it would great but in the mean time we will deal with it.
